Apparently inflation is a bitch as ‘The Six Million Dollar Man’ will now be ‘The Six Billion Dollar Man’. It’s also being rumored that Marky Mark might be feeling the vibrations to a re-team with Peter Berg for the adaptation to the film adaptation of the 70’s hit TV show.

The Tracking Board has detailed the long history of this one from Kevin Smith’s script then Jim Carrey and Todd Philips’ comedic take that never got off the ground.

Berg certainly has his experience with big budget films and has worked with Wahlberg recently on ‘Lone Survivor’. It seems as though this one has a better traction and is more likely to get off the ground. We’ll have to wait and see if it ends up coming together.
