Matt Smith, aka the eleventh doctor, has joined the cast of Pride and Prejudice and Zombies. 

Pride and Prejudice and Zombies is based on a mashup book by Seth Grahame-Smith combining Jane Austen’s classic 1813 novel Pride and Prejudice with elements of modern zombie fiction, crediting Austen as co-author.

The film also stars, Lily James, Sam Riley, Jack Huston,Bella Heathcote and Douglas Booth. It begins shooting September 24th and will be directed by Burr Steers.

We’ve had the book here for a while but I have yet to crack it open. If you’ve read it let us know what you thought in the comments.
