Eddie Redmayne looks like a lock for an Academy Award nomination for his performance of Stephen Hawking. Hawking’s story is heartbreaking, as the most brilliant mind of a lifetime is slowly betrayed by his body as it becomes a near lifeless prison cell, for which escape seems unimaginable.
