Kate Winslet is set to star the upcomig film Juliet, Naked according to the folks over at The Tracking Board.

The film, based on the novel of the same name by Nick Hornby, is a story about how a woman’s negative review for a has-been musician’s new album sparks an affair between the two.

The upcoming dramedy isn’t the first of Hornby’s books to be optioned to film. High Fidelity, About A Boy and Fever Pitch were all based on Nick Hornby novels. A lot of people go for the first two movies, but i’m a sucker for Fever Pitch as my favorite of the bunch. And just recently About A Boy was devloped into an American television show, which has met with some success.

Judd Apatow, amongst others, is set to produce the upcoming picture. Jesse Peretz, known primarily for work on TV shows like Nurse Jackie, Girls, New Girl and The Office, is set to sit in the director’s chair, taking over for the departing Lone Scherfig.
