Breaking Bad slowly became one of the most iconic crime dramas in history over its six year run. Perhaps due to that status, very few items from the show’s production have ever become available to the public. That changed this week, as PropStore of London launched an event sale to bring the contents of Walter White’s closet to the auction block.
The PropStore auction consists of 77 lots featuring production-used and screen-matched wardrobe items from Walter White (Bryan Cranston), Jesse Pinkman (Aaron Paul), Hank Schrader (Dean Norris), and an orange chemical suit from the Superlab. Some of the pieces are instantly recognizable from key scenes: Walter’s green shirt from his first trip to the desert to cook in the RV, the button-down he wore when he told Jesse to kill Gale Boeticcher, and an assortment of Jesse’s outlandish colorful jackets and shirts. Encouragingly, it seems the current bids on most items are still quite low.
For an opportunity to bring a piece of this legendary show to your own personal collection, head over to PropStore to register and place your bids! The Breaking Bad auction ends tomorrow, July 23rd.
