You’ll remember that back in May, there was a funeral filmed for Captain America: Civil War for a key character. It looks like that isn’t the only death we can expect to see, though.
The scoopers over at Heroic Hollywood have the good word that we can expect a death in the Marvel Cinematic Universe in Captain America: Civil War. It’s kind of weak, but it still deserves the usual SPOILER tags for those who want to go into the film pristine.

Still here?
HH is reporting that in Civil War, T’Chaka, the king of Wakanda, takes the big dirt nap.
No word yet as to when it happens, but it could be the event that causes the world to call for tighter regulation on superpowered beings. Nothing brings the world together like fear for their leader’s lives. And if a king isn’t safe, then who is?
Ernie Hudson was supposedly circling this role, as he was seen picking up key issues of the Marvel comic Black Panther that dealt with T’Chaka a few months ago.
With his father’s death, this could also be what causes T’Challa (Chadwick Boseman) to take up the mantle of Black Panther. It happened in the comics, but as we’ve seen the films don’t always follow the printed source material to a T.
Captain America: Civil War is slated to hit theaters May 6, 2016.
