Mary Elizabeth Winstead (Scott Pilgrim, Death Proof, The Thing) is in talks to join John Goodman in Bad Robot’s The Cellar. 

The Cellar (formerly Valencia) focuses on a young girl (Winstead) who ends up in a car crash and wakes up in a cellar with a creepy caretaker, played by John Goodman, who tells her a nuclear attack has destroyed the outside world.

Dan Trachtenberg is directing the script re-written by Dan Casey. Josh Campbell and Matthew Stuecken penned the original draft.
